To support our growth and the ongoing demand for Personal Training in VIC, we are looking for experienced Personal Trainers with a strong work ethic, who are passionate about training our members to get amazing results. You will be running your own franchised Personal Training business with the support of Club Lime.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

To join Club Lime as a PT, you are required to hold the below as updated and valid:

  • Certificate IV in Personal Training (or higher education)
  • ABN
  • CPR
  • First Aid
  • Fitness Registration (our preferred provider is FITREC but other providers such as Fitness Australia are acceptable)
  • Insurance (professional indemnity cover up to $5,000,000 & Public Liability up to $10,000,000)

KEY OPPORTUNITIES

To ensure a high quality of service to our members we provide our Personal Trainers with initial and ongoing support, including;

  • A comprehensive induction program and ongoing professional development
  • Potential client leads and access to an existing client base
  • Business support systems
  • Opportunities for additional work running Small Group Fitness classes, as well as hours available on front desk for Member Services
  • Ongoing business planning and packaging
  • Internal and external marketing
  • Support to help you build a successful PT business
