Introduction:

The role:

Cater Care is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Chef for our kitchen operations at our aged care site in Booragul, NSW.

Roster: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 9.00am till 5.30pm

Description:

What this role involves:

Overall kitchen management

Cooking a variety of nutritious home style & gourmet meals

Enforcing strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Support bulk cooking operations

Skills and Experiences:

The ideal candidate will have:

Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred but not essential, training can be provided)

Experience in bulk cooking

High food standards and adherence to our fresh food policy
