As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the friendly voice of Auswide Bank, helping customers navigate their banking needs with confidence, kindness and clarity. Your role is about more than just answering phone calls - it's about building relationships, solving problems and making every interaction meaningful.

We're looking for people who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy connecting with others, and bring positive energy to the workplace. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or any customer-facing role is great, but what matters most is your enthusiasm to learn, collaborate and grow. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing support to help you build your skills and confidence.
