Grand Hotel Richmond is looking for a talented, motivated Chef de Partie & Pizza Chef to be part of our exciting kitchen team.

We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for food and seasonal produce. Successful candidates will be looking to build on skills as a cook and be a fundamental part of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.

Relevant Skills & Qualifications for successful candidate:

  • Minimum Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
  • H&S awareness
  • Ensuring all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
  • Cooking and service of food according to the restaurant's quality and service standards
  • Training of kitchen staff as directed by Chef‐in‐charge.
  • Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas
  • Ensuring high levels of kitchen team performance
