Mulesoft Architect

MTX is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Mulesoft Architect to join our team. This role is key in driving the strategic direction, delivery, and success of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with both client expectations and business objectives.

With expertise in the government and public sector, MTX APAC provides proprietary designs and innovative concept accelerators around a multitude of programs, including strategic blueprinting, licensing and permitting, inspections, grants management, case management, and program management. We are a Salesforce Summit partner with specialist expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Tableau, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing MuleSoft integration solutions based on business requirements
• Developing and implementing MuleSoft APIs and connectors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
• Monitoring and optimizing MuleSoft integrations for performance and scalability
• .Define and execute the capability plan to create a culture of success, including team growth, performance, and development.
• Lead strategic planning around opportunity and product roadmaps to ensure we work with our partner both efficiently and with impact.
• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and integration needs.
• Provide pre sales support, including solution design and proposal development.
• Oversee the development and implementation of MuleSoft integration projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Define and implement quality assurance testing strategies and ensure the quality of MuleSoft solutions.
• Perform testing and validation of integrations.

What you will bring:

• 5+ Years of proven experience in MuleSoft integration and API management.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer and MuleSoft Certified Architect certifications are highly desirable.
• Technical expert, experienced in designing and developing state of the art MuleSoft solutions and be up to date with the latest integration and technology trends.
• Demonstrable experience driving growth, managing commercial operations and leading innovation
• Excellent people skills, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of software professional services delivery.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client facing skills.
