Service Delivery Coordinator

Initial 12 Month Contract + 12 month extension possible

Brisbane | Hybrid (WFH 2 days)

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to support ICT portfolio planning and service delivery within a large government organisation. In this role, you'll coordinate and monitor ICT service requests, ensure the timely delivery of architecture-related services, and drive continuous improvement across service management processes. It's an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment that underpins major digital and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage and monitor incoming service requests and queues.
  • Coordinate meetings with customers to initiate and update service delivery.
  • Review and release weekly service and performance reports.
  • Track architecture processes for timely delivery, escalating issues where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests, reports, and documentation.
  • Manage cost recovery agreements and support vendor contract renewals.
  • Provide visibility of service timelines and escalations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on service usage, demand, and quality across key service lines.
  • Recommend and implement service management process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architecture practitioners and stakeholders.
  • Enhance ServiceNow request forms to improve user experience and data accuracy.
  • Develop and continuously refine service offerings to align with organisational standards.
  • Support onboarding activities through documentation and stakeholder engagement.

About You

You're a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured service delivery environment. You will bring:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads, monitor service performance, and coordinate activities.
  • Experience in ICT service management or architecture-related environments.
  • Working knowledge of
    PRINCE2
    or equivalent project management methodologies.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for improving service processes.
