Data & AI Analyst (Graduate / Undergraduate)

At Synectic, we believe strong data frameworks will be a key source of competitive advantage for businesses in upcoming years. They enable data-driven insights and position organisations to harness the full potential of rapidly evolving AI tools.
Internally, we've already begun transforming our technology capabilities — and we're committed to continuously evolving. Now we're looking to extend these capabilities to our clients, helping them unlock similar value.
As part of this strategy, we're seeking a new team member to join us in a Data & AI Consultant role. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business, data, and emerging technology — and to help shape how these tools are used in real-world settings.
About the Role
You'll work closely with our technology and innovation Principal, supporting internal initiatives and client-facing projects. You'll help design and implement practical solutions using modern data and AI tools, while developing a deep understanding of business needs and financial contexts.
The role is offered on a full time or part times basis, flexible for the right candidate.
What We're Looking For
We're not expecting you to know everything — but we are looking for someone who's curious, capable, and ready to grow. Key attributes include:
A natural flair for technology and a desire to continuously learn in the fast-moving data and AI space.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders to understand problems and co-create solutions.
A genuine interest in AI tools and agents, and a pragmatic approach to using them effectively and responsibly.
Progress toward (or completion of) a bachelor's degree in a business, finance, or a technology-related field.
Experience That Would Be a Bonus
We value attitude and potential over a checklist of skills — but experience or knowledge in any of the following areas would be considered favourably:
Exposure to business consulting, accounting, or analytical roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and data lake frameworks.
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics platforms.
Programming skills in Python (especially libraries like pandas, PySpark & NumPy), or alternatively SQL skills would also be useful.
Understanding of databases and DBMS, particularly SQL-based systems.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, including tools like Azure AI Foundry and Azure SQL.
Basic familiarity with VS Code, GitHub, and AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
If you're excited by the idea of helping businesses evolve through data and AI — and you're ready to learn, contribute, and grow — we'd love to hear from you.
