About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on bakery production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform equipment adjustments and repairs to ensure production efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to WHS standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet operational goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter.
  • Food or bakery experience preferable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with mixers, ovens, conveyors, and other bakery equipment is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
