About the Role

We are seeking a warm, skilled, and reflective psychologist to join our boutique practice in Ormeau.

This position offers flexibility (3 days – full-time) and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to clients.   You will have the opportunity to work with your preferred clients – our practice welcomes clients across the lifespan, from children aged 8 through to older adults.

About Us

We are a well-established, trauma-informed private practice based in Ormeau, serving clients from the surrounding Gold Coast and Logan regions.

Currently a two-person team, we're expanding to meet growing community demand. Our approach blends up-to-date, evidence-based therapy with creativity, compassion, and continuous professional learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy
• Manage a caseload that suits your interests and expertise
• Maintain ethical, high quality clinical records
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with AHPRA and APS guidelines
• Opportunity to participate in peer supervision and optional involvement in group programs and workshops
• Contribute to the collaborative, reflective culture of the team

What We're Looking For

• Registration with AHPRA a General Psychologist and eligible to apply for a Medicare Provider Number
• Clinical endorsement desirable but not essential
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Commitment to evidence-based, client-centred practice
• Someone who values both professional autonomy and being part of a collaborative, supportive team culture
• ABN for a contractor position

Our practice is located in Ormeau, QLD, conveniently positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Easy access and free parking available.
