About the Role:

We're seeking a barista with at least 2 years of experience in specialty coffee, who understands the pace, quality, and personality of Melbourne's iconic café culture. You'll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and a great attitude go a long way.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years barista experience in a high-volume, quality-focused café

  • A genuine love for coffee and customer service

  • A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work well in a team

  • Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and dialling in

  • Great communication skills and a proactive work ethic

  • Some experience in food prep or kitchen work is a bonus
