is seeking an experienced and highly organised
Company Secretary
to support our CEO, Board, and Board Committees in delivering strong corporate governance and compliance.

This key role ensures we meet our legal and regulatory obligations under the Corporations Act and ASIC, while supporting the smooth operation of Board functions across the organisation.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and minute all Board/Committee meetings
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and relevant legislation
• Manage ASIC filings, statutory registers, and corporate records
• Maintain Board and policy documentation
• Act as liaison between the Board, CEO, and key stakeholders
