  • Take ownership of personal development, upskilling, and performance improvement activities, aligned with business needs.

What you'll need to be successful.

  • CA or CPA (or equivalent) completed, or near completion.
  • Strong analytical capability, with excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel/spreadsheeting skills.
  • Familiarity with business reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP) is highly regarded.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a proven enthusiasm for learning and continuous professional development.
  • Ability to flex across different business areas, build productive relationships, and effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated drive to improve systems and processes, as well as judgement to interpret business objectives and provide actionable financial insights.

About the team.
