The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and retail excellence? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team and help drive store performance while creating a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for our guests.

· Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.

· Ensure sufficient stock levels are available for customers.

· Provide advice to customers on items available for sale

· Operate EFTPOS and Micros terminals correctly to ensure accurate reporting of daily takings.

· Have a sound knowledge of all the products and services.

· Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.

· Assist in training new staff

· Previous experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role

· A 'quick thinker' with excellent communications and problem-solving skills

· Experience with cash handling and reconciliation.

· Projects a professional image with all guest contact

· Is a good team player, assists others without being asked

· Previous experience in retail or sales

· High tolerance level for stress, works under pressure without negative impact
