About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales person to join our team in our store at Bondi Beach. In this position, you will play a key role ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth through your personal contribution and passion for sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving sales on the shop floor to meet targets and KPIS
  • Providing customers with a personalised and unique instore experience
  • Fitting customers in their swimwear while in the fitting rooms, demonstrating features and benefits of the swimwear
  • Selecting swimwear for customers to try on based on their specific needs. Using product knowledge to select the most suitable options
  • Styling customers in our resort wear and putting together outfits and looks that meet their needs
  • Multi serving and working with urgency to enusre all customers receive a high level of service

  • Working with other team members on the shop floor using strong communication skills

  • What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales role or similar within the retail/sales industry
  • Previous experience working with and achieving KPIS/sales targets
  • Confidence in communication and presence on the shop floor
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide personalised service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships
  • Someone who has drive to succeed and high personal standards
  • A passion for sales and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service
