Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and baking off a wide range of bakery products
- Decorating cakes & cupcake for retail and special orders
- Ensuring quality and consistency
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock controlling and inventory management
- Working alongside with management team in new product development
- Assisting in training and leading production team member to achieve best performance
Requirement:
- Have your own transport as you are required to start at 4 am and there's no public transport available
- Strong baking and pastry skills
- Strong work ethic
- Great leadership and solid managament skills

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
