We're looking for a Scheduling & Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Garden Services department. In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for scheduling work, coordinating resources, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Opportunity:

As the Scheduling & Administration Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping the Contract Gardening Team running smoothly. You'll support the efficient operation of daily schedules and administrative processes, coordinate job allocations, maintain accurate records, and ensure clear, effective communication between teams, supervisors, managers, and external stakeholders. This is your chance to be the central hub that keeps operations organised, supports the team, and helps deliver exceptional service every day.
