Salary range: $107,960 to $137,918 p.a. (HP4/Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The THHS Single Assessment Organisation is a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment services to older Queenslanders in the community and the hospital setting. The assessment system aims to simplify and improve access to aged care services.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

Allied Health (HP): Appointment to this position requires proof of suitable tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline related to health, aged care, or related specialist area.

Nursing: Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.

Minimum of one year demonstrated experience directly delivering services in aged care settings and/or to aged persons.

Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.

Travel: Please note, this position will be required to travel to, and work at, other facilities located within the Aged Care Planning Regions in the delivery of Aged Care Assessments.
