Whether you're a qualified PT or just starting out, we'll support you with the tools, mentoring, and environment to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group PT sessions
  • Build and manage your own client portfolio
  • Be part of a collaborative team to support members across the gym floor with expert guidance

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum requirement: Cert III & IV in Fitness (or currently enrolled)
  • Trainee roles available – get certified while gaining hands-on experience

How we'll support you:

  • Weekly 1-on-1 mentoring to grow your business
  • Lead access and proven sales coaching to consistently book clients
  • Pathway for career progression - opportunity to mentor, lead or manage
  • Flexible contractor model - set your own hours and income

Not Yet Certified?

Our 6 weeks Trainee Program lets you complete your Cert III/IV while gaining experience. You'll practice the craft, learn from successful PTs, build business skills, with like-minded students wanting to thrive in the fitness industry. Our goal is to get you ready by the time you are certified. Minimum hours: 2 hours a week.
