We are seeking a Qualified and Experienced Butcher to join our team with an immediate start for the right person.

Our ideal Qualified Butcher is responsible for preparing, cutting, and displaying meat products in a retail environment, ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining food safety standards.

To be successful you will need to have the following skills and qualifications.

  • Preparing cuts of meat, either for display or on request
  • Slicing and Tray Packing
  • Sausages making
  • Crumbing, seasoning, marinating, smoking and curing meat.
  • Weighing and packaging products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements.
  • Customer Service
  • Good communications

Qualifications (Please indicate your relevant qualifications in your resume)

  • Certificate III in Meat Processing
