NDIS Female Support Worker

Quantum Disability Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nepali Female Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and participate actively in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Job Require Nepali Female Support Worker, Female client in Willoughby require morning and evening shifts, must be Nepali female support worker. Morning shift 7:30am to 11:00am and Evening shift 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Self care is required. Minimum 1 year experience required in a similar role.
Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
Community Engagement:
Accompany and support clients in community outings and social activities.
Encourage and facilitate participation in community events and programs.
Communication and Documentation:
Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.
Safety and Well-being:
Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
