The Role and Responsibilities

Based on the recent contract win award with South 32, EnerMech is excited to launch the latest NDT Traineeship in Collie Western Australia.

As part of the 2-year traineeship, you will learn:

  • A range of essential entry-level safety and site certifications needed to work in the resources sector
  • How to perform high quality Non-Destructive testing across a range of industrial equipment and assets.
  • Safe use of specialist NDT tools and techniques including ultrasonic, magnetic and radiographic testing.
  • How to operate in a live site environment, working alongside experienced technicians and supervisors.
  • As part of the program, you will build important soft skills such as teamwork, situational awareness and professional communication through hands-on, on the job experience.

  • Reside in Collie or surrounding areas
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Able to pass a site medical
  • Hold a current Australian drivers licence.
