About The Role

This is the perfect role a Journalist who wants to move into Content Marketing without compromising their passion for Journalism & writing.  It's even more perfect for a Journalist who worked for an HR publications.  You're encouraged to be yourself and create imperfect content reflects your research and your views.  You're encouraged to work on topics you're interested and curious about.

Remuneration

We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits.  Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:

  • Base:  $140K Inc. Super (depending on experience)
  • OTE (base + bonuses): $170K/Year based on meeting KPI(s)
  • Share Options:  Valued between $50K and $150K

To Be Successful In This Role You Must:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a journalist or Content Marketing Writer
  • Good experience in supporting SEO strategies
  • Good experience in Website Content Writing
  • Good experience in publishing articles / blogs with niche or main publications
  • Love and passion for Journalism, research and unearthing facts and new knowledge to the world
  • Love and passion for Writing  For "the most interesting way of converying this information to this audience, at this point in time, in this particular medium
  • Love and passion for working with creative people on elevating and illustrating their copies

It's Advantageous If You Have Experience In:

  • Experience in working HR publications:  Online, Print or both
  • Influencer Marketing
  • PR
  • SEO
  • HTML
  • HubSpot
  • Designing and coordinating Webinars or events
