We are hiring ASTAR Recruitment is looking for experienced Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance & High Reach) to join our team in Dandenong on a casual ongoing basis.

Shifts & Pay:

  • AM Shift: 7:00 AM start – $40.26/hr
  • PM Shift: 3:00 PM start – $45.89/hr

About the Role:

As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in the warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate various forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
  • Accurately document all stock movements in the inventory management system
  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies
  • Support the warehouse team with general duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid Forklift CB & HR licence
  • Minimum 12 months' experience operating forklifts in fast-paced warehouses or distribution centres
  • Knowledge of load restraints (ratchets/straps) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability Monday – Friday, full shifts
