About Willunga & Aldinga Veterinary Services

We're a privately owned, accredited veterinary hospital that's been serving our community for nearly 50 years. Our two purpose-built clinics support a 30+ person team offering in-house pathology, digital X-ray and ultrasound, emergency care, internal medicine, and a wide range of soft-tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.

What you'll do

  • Deliver excellent patient care and warm, professional client service
  • Triage phone enquiries and schedule consultations/surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and client communications
  • Nursing focus:
    nurse consults, pre/post-op care, surgical prep, anaesthetic monitoring
  • Administer medications; collect/interpret in-house pathology; place/maintain IV catheters

What you'll bring

  • Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
    , or
    3+ years' experience
    in a similar role
  • Confident
    anaesthetic monitoring
    and peri-operative care
  • Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail
  • Commitment to gold-standard, fear-free patient care
