Café All Rounder

The Role

We're looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic professional to oversee both the café and accommodation operations. You'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Café Operations
• Cooking fine dine dishes.
• Manage orders, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Develop a calendar of events, specials, and promotions.
• Keep the café space clean, organized, and inviting.
• Guest Services
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
• Take care of general cleaning duties in both the café and accommodation.
• Manage maintenance issues and liaise with contractors when needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Drive as required (e.g., picking up supplies, transporting guests if needed).
• Maintain clear communication with guests, staff, and management.
• Work closely with the owners to develop and grow the business.

Who You Are

• A natural people person who loves hospitality.
• Physically active and willing to get hands-on with cleaning and maintenance.
• Organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
• A multi-tasker who enjoys variety and fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with driving and holds a valid license.
• Previous hospitality, café management, or accommodation experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter most
