The Role

This casual position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, sharing beautiful products, and working independently. You'll be the face of Loco Love and Luvio during in-store tastings - creating memorable experiences for customers and supporting our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store tasting demonstrations for Loco Love and Luvio across various Brisbane and Sunshine Coast based retail locations, sharing our story, product benefits, and key selling points in a warm and engaging way.
• Represent the brand with a polished, professional presence, bringing energy, authenticity, and passion to every shift.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and customers, confidently answering product questions and offering guidance on flavours, pairings, and seasonal specials.
• Upsell through informative, customer-focused interactions that align with our premium positioning.
• Ensure product displays are well-merchandised - tidying, restocking, and presenting them in line with brand standards during visits.
• Manage logistics including transporting tasting materials, setting up clean, attractive stations, and adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Track stock usage, gather customer and store feedback, and submit post-demo summaries to our Sales and Marketing teams.
• Stay informed about product launches, campaigns, and promotions through regular team updates and training sessions.

To set you up for success, all Tasters will complete a comprehensive training session with our Sales Manager to gain a deep understanding of our brand and our beautiful range of products.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing or brand ambassador role (retail, hospitality, or events)
• Friendly, confident, and professional communicator
• Passionate about premium wellness and food products
• Self-motivated and comfortable working solo in various store environments
• Well-presented and enthusiastic about representing Loco Love & Luvio
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport and willingness to drive to our tastings from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast
• Understanding of food handling and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work approximately 9 hours per week across 2 days (most likely Thursdays and Fridays)
