The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced broker who wants to work in a supportive, forward-thinking team. You will:

  • Deliver tailored lending strategies across residential and SMSF sectors.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients and their referrals, ensuring a seamless experience from strategy through to settlement.
  • Work closely with our in-house property and finance specialists to create innovative finance solutions.
  • Enjoy autonomy, mentorship, and the ability to grow with a business that values initiative and creativity.

About You

You're a professional, motivated broker who enjoys thinking outside the box.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or Lending Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and SMSF lending.
  • A creative, solution-focused approach to structuring finance.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
  • MFAA or FBAA membership and lender accreditations highly regarded
