About the position

As the Business Manager, you will lead a small, high‑performing team to deliver efficient operations, strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance customer experience, and ensure commercial sustainability. You will work across sales, service quality, compliance, reporting, and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Proven leadership in a service or retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and gain efficiencies, meet targets, and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or business services (travel experience desirable but not essential).
  • A proactive, customer‑focused approach with the ability to successfully lead and motivate a team.

  • Drive growth through planning, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage financial performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow elevate the customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, clients, and industry networks.
  • Oversee compliance, governance, and risk management processes.
  • Support and mentor staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Represent Travel Crew at internal and external meetings and events.
