We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Senior Farm Hand to join our team. This role requires a strong agricultural background with a thorough understanding of crop planning assisting with general farm maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist coordinate general farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and related activities.
• At times lead a small team and lead by example.
• Take responsibility for assigned farming tasks, managing them from start to finish and ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Operate, service, and maintain a variety of farm machinery and equipment.
• Provide guidance and support to other farm workers when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dry land or irrigation farming.
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with machinery operation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Supervisory experience.
• A truck license or willingness to acquire one
