Yard HC Operator – Salisbury DC

Dyers Distribution is seeking a Yard HC Operator to join our team based at the Salisbury Distribution Centre. This role is hands-on and varied, working with refrigerated trailers, B Doubles, and singles across a busy retail environment.

About the role:

As a Yard HC Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coupling & uncoupling B Doubles and single trailers
  • Refrigerated trailer & dock operations
  • Safe movement of equipment onsite
  • Completing compliance paperwork accurately
  • Maintaining dock, site, and safety compliance standards
  • Unloading trailers and assisting with general yard operations
  • Washing and cleaning company equipment
  • Deliveries to customer sites as required
What you'll need:
  • HC license (minimum)
  • Strong safety focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow compliance processes and procedures
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a professional approach
