Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Aboriginal Identified Senior to Principal Level Engineer to lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about technical excellence, mentoring future talent, and shaping sustainable infrastructure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical delivery and design across projects.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian standards and project specifications.
  • Contribute to EPCM and Design-Build projects (where applicable).
  • Drive innovation and excellence in project outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering + Chartered Engineer status (CPEng, CEng, PE).
  • 10+ years' industry experience (15+ years for Principal level) with proven leadership in water and wastewater projects.
  • Strong technical delivery skills and advanced digital design capability.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
  • A proven track record in mentoring and developing engineers at all levels.
  • EPCM or Design-Build project experience (desirable).
