Aboriginal Identified Senior Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Aboriginal Identified Senior to Principal Level Engineer to lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about technical excellence, mentoring future talent, and shaping sustainable infrastructure outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical delivery and design across projects.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards and project specifications.
- Contribute to EPCM and Design-Build projects (where applicable).
- Drive innovation and excellence in project outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering + Chartered Engineer status (CPEng, CEng, PE).
- 10+ years' industry experience (15+ years for Principal level) with proven leadership in water and wastewater projects.
- Strong technical delivery skills and advanced digital design capability.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
- A proven track record in mentoring and developing engineers at all levels.
- EPCM or Design-Build project experience (desirable).
