We've built a solid reputation in the industry (and a great bunch of loyal clients) through hard work, quality service, and a genuine love for what we do. Things are growing fast, and we're now looking for an awesome 4th Year Apprentice or Fully Qualified Technician to join our team.
We work across a mix of projects — from brand-new luxury homes and big housing developments to commercial sites and existing homes — so there's plenty of variety and never a dull day.
About the Role
This is a full-time gig for someone who's confident on the tools and ready to get stuck in. You'll be working with a great team, learning heaps, and helping us deliver top-notch installs and service for our clients.
You'll be doing things like:
- Fault finding, maintenance, and repairs
Using testing tools and mobile devices to get the job done right
Installing ducted and wall-mounted split systems (new builds, existing homes, commercial jobs)
- Installing evaporative cooling units
- Installing flexible and sheet-metal ductwork
- Commissioning systems and checking performance
- Working alongside a supportive crew to hit project goals

What We're Looking For
You'll have a great attitude, solid work ethic, and pride in what you do. You're the type who likes to finish a job properly and make customers happy.
You'll need:
- 4+ years in the industry
- Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration/Air Conditioning)
- Restricted WA Electrical Licence
- Construction Induction (Blue/White Card)
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Your own set of trade tools
Bonus points if you've got:
- Working at Heights or EWP ticket
- Police Clearance or medical
- A good sense of humour and a team spirit
