About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Weighbridge Operator / Administration Officer to join a growing team. This position will provide support across Pakenham, Hallam, and Dandenong South depots, where you will play a key role in supporting weighbridge operations, administration, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weigh trucks in and out at the weighbridge
  • Answer enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
  • Process payments and refunds (EFTPOS & BPoint)
  • Manage invoices, filing, data entry, and spreadsheets
  • Allocate payments accurately and on time

About You

  • Strong administration and customer service background
  • Confident with computer systems and quick to learn
  • Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
  • Organised with strong attention to detail

Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
