Summary

Hyatt is seeking candidates for the position of F&B Restaurant Runner to support the restaurant team in delivering efficient and timely service. This role is responsible for assisting with the flow of food and beverage items from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport food and beverage items from the kitchen to guest tables
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas
• Support servers and expeditors in maintaining smooth service operations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Physical stamina to lift and carry trays and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service support role is preferred

• This position may also be considered a roving runner, supporting multiple service areas depending on operational needs.
