We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly team at Turquoise Midland. If you love coffee, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverages, providing warm and professional customer service, and helping maintain the smooth running of our café during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and front-of-house areas.
  • Assist with daily café operations, including restocking, POS transactions, and service flow.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or hospitality venue.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a great experience for every customer.
