Are you passionate about customer service and love working in a vibrant retail environment? We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Retail Assistant to join our friendly team at Oasis Outdoor Living Weber Store in Midland.

We're all about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming environment for our customers and staff alike.

About the Role


• Position: Casual Retail Assistant


• Hours: 20–38 hours per week


• Availability: Must be available to work weekends


• Location: Midland, Perth WA

What You'll Be Doing


• Recommending and displaying products that meet customer needs


• Managing point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently


• Staying updated with the latest product information


• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store with strong visual merchandising


• Supporting day-to-day retail operations and assisting in sales processes


• Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:


• Have previous retail or sales experience


• Are organised, proactive and take pride in your work


• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and team members


• Work well under pressure and can manage your time and tasks effectively


• Are self-motivated, show initiative, and enjoy being part of a team


• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Are physically fit – some heavy lifting required

Skills & Attributes


• Solid communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in English


• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles


• Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines


• Basic admin and computer skills
