We have a current opportunity for a
Land Integration Advice - Program Manager
, on a contract basis within the Defence sector. The role is based in
Symonston, ACT
. The contract is for an
initial 8 month period, with a 12 month extension option
.

Start: circa 07 October 2025

DSS Skill Set: Level 3 - Program & Product Management Services & Support

The Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Plan and manage the delivery of integration advice and assessment.
  • Coordinate across the Land Integration Advice Team to achieve provide advice and assessment to projects and programs on how they are meeting their digital integration requirements.
  • Support the synchronisation of information across the two functions.
  • Engage business management and HR staff to support in managing the Land Integration Advice Frame workforce.
  • Manage the battle rhythm of the Land Integration Advice Team.
  • Support resource management and forecasting.
  • Support the management of the Land Integration Advice Team budget.
  • Support the engagement between Frames.

Minimum mandatory requirements:

  • AGSVA Security clearance
  • Defence experience
  • Extensive (greater than 12 years) experience in project/ program support, preferably within secure ICT systems in the Defence domain or minimum of 8 years of Industry experience in Project Management

Desirable requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of the One Defence Capability System policy and processes
  • High order organisational, oral and written communications skills
  • High order stakeholder management skills (internal and cross-organisation)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Delivering within the Public Governance
