About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and safety-focused Warehouse & Forklift Driver to join our Sydney team. You'll play an important role in our logistics operations — efficiently receiving, processing, and dispatching orders to support our facility in Wagga Wagga.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, solid forklift experience, and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Safely operate forklifts, hoists and warehouse equipment
  • Unload and load trucks in accordance with company and EPA guidelines
  • Conduct stock takes and maintain warehouse organisation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
  • Maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Current Forklift licence and Driver's licence

Strong focus on safety, accuracy and time management

Basic computer skills (Excel and Warehouse Management Systems)

Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks

Great attitude and team-oriented mindset

Desirable:

  • Experience in the automotive or battery recycling industry
  • MR (or higher) Truck licence
