About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Twin Waters Pharmacy in Twin Waters, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of care and service.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner

  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately

  • Restocking shelves and maintaining stock levels

  • Preparing medication for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist

  • Providing customer service and product information to customers

  • Maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy environment

  • Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Good attention to detail and numerical skills

  • Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures (desirable)

  • A friendly, professional and reliable attitude

  • Flexibility to work a casual roster, including alternate Saturday mornings. Must be able to work till 5pm
