Maintenance & Handyman

We're looking for a Maintenance & Handyman to help us keep the property running smoothly and looking its best. No two days are the same—this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day maintenance tasks, including:

• Minor paint jobs and general touch-ups
• Basic bathroom repairs, like fixing leaks or resealing silicone
• Cleaning air conditioner filters regularly in rooms and common areas
• Monitoring and managing bin areas and assisting with waste handling
• General property upkeep, from patching holes to tightening fixtures
• Other general duties as required, including but not limited to assisting with deliveries, lifting and shifting equipment, and ensuring communal spaces remain tidy and functional

About You:

• Hands-on experience in a similar maintenance, trades, or handyman role
• Comfortable with tools and basic repair work (painting, plumbing)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Able to work independently, but also a team player
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and manual handling
