The role:
We're growing and looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team to deliver cutting-edge solutions across SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing business-critical applications, while guiding clients on best practices and modernisation.
What you'll be doing:
• Designing, building, and customising SharePoint Online solutions (sites, libraries, workflows, integrations).
• Writing clean, maintainable code ensuring secure and reliable solutions.
• Leading or supporting migration projects from on-premises SharePoint to the cloud.
• Extending SharePoint capabilities using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Applying governance, security, and compliance best practices across SharePoint and M365.
• Creating reusable components and frameworks (SPFx, CSOM, REST APIs).
• Supporting content management, workflows, and collaboration solutions.
• Working with the Sales team and to effectively assess technical requirements for upcoming projects and bids
• Developing training materials and coordinating training for stakeholders, end users and support resources.
What you'll bring:
• 5+yrs experience as a SharePoint Developer including installing, configuring, administering and maintaining SharePoint Online (on-prem exposure highly advantageous).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Development skills using SPFx, PowerFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, Graph API.
• Familiarity with Nintex is highly desirable.
• Demonstratable experience with the wider 0365 and M365 suite, particularly Teams, PowerApps& Flow.
• Good understanding of governance, compliance, and security in Microsoft 365.
• Migration experience – SharePoint on-premises to M365/SharePoint Online.
• Understanding of key SharePoint concepts including Managed Metadata, Search and Branding.
• Able to take ownership of design concepts including architecture, information management, security.
• Ability to provide client-facing advisory services incorporating 3rd party product selections, migration approaches, estimates, and conceptual designs.
