As a new and dynamic business, we are seeking motivated Massage Therapists to join us as we open innovative clinics in the Inner West. Our rapidly growing company is excited to launch new clinics with special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a strong focus on orthopaedic and sports injuries. We work closely with Sydney-based surgeons, local doctors, and sports teams, offering a unique and dynamic environment for professional growth. Our state-of-the-art rehab gyms emphasize an exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation.
Role Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who can work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and an interest in people are essential. We offer flexible working hours and competitive remuneration based on clinical experience. At Power Potential, we are committed to providing regular education sessions, mentoring, and professional development to ensure our staff deliver the highest quality of service. Our goal is to train and retain our staff as we continue to grow.
Qualifications:
Ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds
Previous experience in a Private Practice setting
Experience with WorkCover, Third Party patients, and AHRR preparation
Full AHPRA and SIRA registration with no practice limitations
Appropriate qualifications in Massage Therapy (undergraduate or postgraduate)
Essential Insurance coverage
Relevant checks, including 'Working with Children' and 'National Criminal History Record'
Proficient in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility to meet clinic demands
