Club Services Representative

The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) manages the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), one of Australia's greatest assets. The MCG is host to more than 70 major events annually attracting over four million patrons and visitors.

The Club Services & Heritage department at the MCC is responsible for providing a high quality of service to approximately 160,000 Melbourne Cricket Club members as well as patrons of the MCG.

The opportunity has arisen to recruit a limited number of casual
MCC Club Services Representative
for
casual
event day and weekday work.

The role would provide accurate, timely and excellent customer service to MCC members during the week and match days. It includes assisting with and resolving member and guest queries in person at Membership Services Office as well as via email, web messaging or over the phone.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the delivery of exceptional customer service, with preferable experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role would require excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly and welcoming manner with high attention to detail.

This role requires someone who can quickly adapt and contribute as we head into our busy renewal period and AFL Finals season, bringing a strong work ethic and team-first attitude during this peak time.

In-addition you will need to know how to build relationships, confident liaising with a diverse customer base, be well equipped to anticipate customers' requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. This is a dynamic role for people who are passionate about creating a great customer experience.

This role requires a level of flexibility where you will be required to be available for event day duties on weeknights, public holidays and weekends, as well as the ability to work throughout the week, so it is important you are reliable to commit to roster.
