About the Opportunity
Randstad is proud to partner with a leader in residential waste management. We are seeking experienced HR Drivers for immediate starts based out of their Leumeah, NSW depot.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR driver seeking a stable, long-term role with an industry-leading company, offering the potential for a permanent position.
The Role
As an HR Waste Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating SideArm and Rear Loader waste trucks for residential kerbside collections.
  • Following scheduled routes and completing timely, safe collections.
  • Supporting runners/offsiders as needed.
  • Maintaining high safety standards, including correct PPE and hazard reporting.
  • Communicating effectively with depot and operations teams.
What We Offer
  • A competitive pay rate from $54+ per hour, plus superannuation and penalties.
  • Stable, consistent Monday to Friday shifts with early start times between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM.
  • A minimum of 7.6 paid hours per shift.

Your Requirements
  • A valid HR Truck Licence.
  • 6-12 months of HR driving experience (waste industry experience is highly regarded).
  • Reliable transport to and from the Leumeah depot.
  • Physically fit and able to complete manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg.
  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • The ability to pass a mandatory drug & alcohol test and a police check.
  • An RMS driving history report is required.
Note: For the first two weeks, drivers will be paid as offsiders while completing compliance and site-specific training.
