We're looking for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager who wants to grow and develop into a confident and capable property professional.

This is a long-term role with plenty of growth and development potential. You'll work directly alongside an experienced Commercial Property Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio across Sydney NSW.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail – mistakes and micromanagement are time consuming, so accuracy is key.
  • Motivated to learn and grow – you're proactive, curious and eager to develop both your skills and our department.
  • Confident communicator – you engage professionally and effectively with tenants, clients and contractors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
  • Assisting with lease administration, maintenance coordination and financial reporting.
  • Preparing budgets and reports to track the performance of assets.
  • Advertising properties using digital media.
  • Learning directly from a senior property manager and stepping up as you gain confidence.

What you'll bring:

  • Some experience in property management with a valid Certificate of Registration (or close to completing).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presentation and a client-first mindset.
  • Current driver's licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
  • Knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market (preferred).
  • Relevant degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline (preferred).
