Are you a senior SAP expert ready to shape the future of enterprise systems in a dynamic public sector environment? We are seeking an ERP Principal Specialist to lead high-impact initiatives and provide technical and strategic leadership across a suite of SAP platforms, including ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA.

About You:

You are a seasoned SAP professional with a track record of delivering complex ERP solutions and leading functional teams. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to drive change, influence outcomes, and collaborate effectively at all levels.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to major transformation programs that have a lasting impact on service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional consulting and solution architecture expertise across SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA.
  • Lead and manage SAP functional teams, driving the adoption of industry frameworks such as SAP Activate.
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP project implementations, acting as the functional lead in a process-driven, complex environment.
  • Deliver specialist advice and hands-on configuration for SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, MSS, and Employee Lifecycle processes.
  • Drive Master Data Governance initiatives, ensuring excellence in Data Ownership, Quality, Lifecycle Management, and Security.
  • Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships with business units, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
