Are you a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Operator looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established industrial business seeking a motivated individual to join their Northgate-based team.

About the Role As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse. From receiving and dispatching goods to maintaining stock accuracy and supporting logistics planning, this is a varied and hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
  • Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory control
  • Use ERP systems for receipting, dispatching, and transfers
  • Support the Operations Manager with warehouse admin and reporting

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Valid forklift licence (LF) - essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of WHS and QA principles
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)

  • Certificate II or higher in Warehousing Operations
  • Experience with warehouse management software
