As a
Personal Care Assistant,
you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Service, Werribee.

St Vincent's Care Services

is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.

This is a casual opportunity. Good availability to pick up shifts as they become available will be highly regarded.
Things that work for us:

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential.
• Experience in an aged care environment.
• Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation.
• Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
• Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19.
• National Police Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
