About The Role

  • Provide localised support, guidance, and clinical leadership in Occupational Therapy, supporting professional growth and promoting excellence in clinical practice.
  • Provide therapy service to clients on a needs bases whilst building on their strengths and developing suitable long-term solutions
  • Deliver goal directed therapy services to adults and older teens. Services will be provided collaboratively with significant others to support a person's wellbeing, function and community participation in a range of environments.
  • Support clients across a variety of clinical settings to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual and reflect their personal goals

About You

  • You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen
  • You are an experienced clinician and have relevant experience in disability services
  • You are committed to human-centred approaches, strength-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation
  • You have excellent communication skills and are a team player

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • Current Driver's License and your own vehicle
  • You are a current practicing member with AHPRA or a peak professional body
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Valid Australian working Rights and an international Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than (1) year within the last 10 years.
