About The Role

• Lead and support the execution, coordination, and supervision of utility-scale solar PV projects worldwide.
• Play a key role in the continuous improvement of testing and optimization services, contributing to the efficient planning and execution of projects, as well as strengthening technical, logistical, and strategic operations at an international level.
• Collaborate in the allocation and management of both human and physical resources across different  sites, ensuring that technical objectives, quality standards, and project timelines are met.
• Participate in the preparation of tailored technical and commercial proposals for clients, define the  most appropriate testing scopes, and actively support client engagement to expand the company's  international presence.
• Perform advanced field and laboratory tests — including electroluminescence imaging, IV curve tracing, flash testing, thermographic inspections, and pyranometer calibration — ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and bankability of PV systems.
• Carry out albedo measurements and other technical assessments to support energy yield analysis and  feasibility studies for new developments.
• Support the Country Manager in all activities related to the presence of Enertis Applus in different  regions, not limiting himself to the duties inherent to the Testing & Optimization Department.
• Expected to contribute to specific projects from other departments (QAQC, Consultancy, Engineering, as well as participate in projects in other geographies when required under the supervision of the  Country Manager.
